Know Your Rights & Protections. A plain-language orientation to your anti-discrimination and anti-harassment protections — including Title VII — what conduct crosses the line, and your safeguards against retaliation.

 

Recognizing Discrimination & Harassment. Learn to identify harassment, discrimination, microaggressions, and harmful patterns — including the subtle forms that are easy to second-guess.

 

Reporting & Documenting Safely. Understand your options if you experience or witness something: how to document, how and where to report, what the process looks like, and how retaliation protections actually work.

 

From Bystander to Upstander. Practical, lower-risk ways to interrupt inappropriate conduct and support a colleague in the moment.

 

Confidential Support & Next Steps. A private space to process a difficult experience, weigh your options, and decide what you want to do — at your pace. (Supportive coaching, not therapy or legal advice.)

 

Note: A minimum of six bi-weekly sessions is required across three months. Package amount of $275.00 per session is reflected in the list price (6 sessions @ $275.00 = $1,500). Also includes a $75.00 discount ($1,500-$75.00 = $1,425.00)
