The Antiracism leadership self-assessment tool enables leaders to rate themselves in 5-key areas in order to establish an action plan. The action plan will be used to guide leadership priorities over the next 6-12-months, and focuses on transformational change.
This process includes a 1-on-1 collaborative coaching session with Dante (90-minutes total).
