Most discrimination and harassment claims don't start with a dramatic act — they start with a pattern a leader didn't name, a complaint mishandled, or discipline applied unevenly. Drawing on engagements across public agencies — including a multi-year SFDPH Behavioral Health Services partnership that paired a 16-week leaders fellowship with ongoing executive coaching — this coaching builds the judgment to catch those patterns early, respond to complaints without compounding risk, and lead in line with Title VII and fair-employment obligations.

Management Risk Diagnostic + 360. A candid baseline using a structured 360-degree feedback survey and a review of where your exposure actually concentrates — discipline patterns, complaint handling, team dynamics. You leave with a tailored coaching plan.

Preventing Discrimination, Harassment & Retaliation. Recognize and interrupt biased or harassing conduct — and the retaliation that so often follows a complaint — before it escalates into harm or liability. Includes protected categories and your affirmative duty to act.

Handling Complaints & Fact-Finding. Receive a complaint without making it worse: preserve an impartial process, document defensibly, and avoid the missteps — delay, retaliation, premature discipline — that turn an incident into a case.

Equitable Discipline & Decision-Making. Apply consistent, well-documented standards so that discipline, evaluation, and advancement decisions don't produce the disparate patterns that draw legal and reputational risk.

Accountability & High-Stakes Conversations. Practice naming misconduct, holding the line, and giving feedback that holds up under scrutiny — using reflective tools like "How are you experiencing me as a leader?"

Building a Culture of Safety. Move from minimum compliance to a workplace people trust: psychological safety, respectful norms, feedback loops, and the everyday behaviors that reduce risk and retain talent.

Note: A minimum of six bi-weekly sessions is required across three months. Package amount of $425.00 per session is reflected in the list price (6 sessions @ $425.00 = $2,550). Also includes a $75.00 discount ($2,550-$75.00 = $2,475.00)
