About a month ago, the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (NADOHE) informed my team, and me they had recognized my work. NADOHE awarded me the Higher Education Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership Award. This honor is very much appreciated, though totally unexpected.
