About

This fourth online video course episode continues a rigorous, unflinching examination of Whiteness and anti-Blackness through a psycho-historical and moral lens. Dante King is joined by Dr. Rachelle Rogers-Ard, Jaontra Henderson, and Yvette Mari Robles for a candid and uncompromising dialogue that names racism not merely as prejudice or bias, but as a form of cultural and structural genocide. The course interrogates how historical misrepresentation, omission, and deliberate sanitization have obscured the true nature of the United States, its institutions, and the longstanding intentions of White power toward non-White and Black people. Participants are guided through an analysis of how White supremacy assigns infinite value to Whiteness while systematically devaluing Blackness—creating a racial hierarchy that fuels exploitation from slavery through modern industries, including education, labor, media, and incarceration. This episode also critically examines how systemic and systematic racism function together to extract value from Black life while denying Black humanity. A central focus of the course is the pathology of seeking White validation—particularly through institutionalized value systems, norms, credentials, and relationships that are designed to reward proximity to Whiteness while punishing Black autonomy and truth-telling. Rather than softening its critique, this video course challenges participants to confront the moral bankruptcy of these systems and to recognize how internalized dependency on White approval sustains racial domination. The episode invites learners to move beyond accommodation and illusion, toward clarity, accountability, and the difficult work of cultural and psychological liberation.
