This service is for individuals who desire ongoing antiracism coaching by a Black Human Resources Management leadership, and business professional who will provide strategies and guidance about ways to navigate structural and institutional racism within institutions, while maintaining self-esteem, self-assurance, and confidence.
 
(A portion of all earnings will be used to support people in marginalized Black communities across the United States.)
