This documentary details just how pro-White, and anti-Black San Leandro, California was back in the 1970's. It was filmed roughly 5-6 years after the Fair Housing Act of 1968 was passed by the United States Congress. It demonstrates that the Fair Housing Act was weak in solving rampant anti-Black discrimination issues that plagued metropolitan cities all over the country.
