If we are to discuss affirmative action in the United States of America, we need to discuss one of the first legal iterations of White affirmative actions taken by the United States Congress (taken from the ACTS OF THE FIRST CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES):
"Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America of Congress assembled, that any alien being a FREE WHITE PERSON, who shall have resided within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States for the term of two years, may be admitted to become a citizen thereof, on application to any common law court of record, in any one of these states wherein he shall have resided for the term of one year at least, and making proof to the satisfaction of such court, that he is a person of good character, and taking the oath or affirmation prescribed by law, to support the Constitution of the United States, which oath or affirmation such court shall administer; and the clerk of such court shall record application and the proceedings thereon; and thereupon such person shall be considered as a citizen of the United States. And the children of such persons so naturalized, dwelling within the United States, being under the age of twenty-one years at the time of such naturalization, shall also be considered as citizens of the United States. And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond sea or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens."
America was founded upon the legal and social construction of Whiteness, White supremacy culture, and White racism. This is a 'White country,' established by murderers, pimps, thugs, human sex traffickers, rapists, abusers, and pedophiles who established that they would refer to themselves as 'white'. A collective of state-level and federal-levels laws were passed to prescribe rights and privileges to all White people since the so-called ‘founding’ of this great country. Any and all actions that have occurred, beginning with the 13th Amendment, and the Civil Rights Act of 1866 and beyond, to remedy the violence of White supremacy, has been just that; actions instituted to solve for the psychopathic existence and functionality of White racism.
The delusion of Whiteness lingers.
The SCOTUS ruling is not a surprise. White people have created a culture of psychopathic sociopaths with authority, who absolutely positively hate Black people. This includes Uncle Remus (Clarence Thomas), a tool that has been indoctrinated to hate himself and other Black people. This is the results of hundreds of years of programming against Black people. As I penned in my book, The 400-Year Holocaust: White America's Legal, Psychopathic, and Sociopathic Black Genocide - and the Revolt Against Critical Race Theory,
"American culture socializes and trains people to develop and possess and operationalize innate compulsive psychological and emotional reflexes and impulses that react negatively to Black people; especially Black people who do not conform to, and/or emulate White socio-cultural standards."
Jody Armor, Law Professor and Scholar, refers to this dynamic as 'retributive urge', in his book, Nigga Theory.
As I wrote yesterday:
UNC's data showed that "hundreds of underperforming white students with lower combined G.P.A and SAT scores [whose families either contributed monies or attended the university, which would yield their admissions through the 'legacy' process], were admitted ahead of higher performing Black students, and Latin X students."

The data also showed:
40% of Harvard's admissions were students who were admitted under the legacy process; predominantly White. More than 75% of White students who were admitted under the legacy admissions process would not have been admitted based upon performance alone.
Translation: Incompetent, mediocre, underperforming white students are being given a boost because of their socioeconomic status and ability to manipulate the institutional processes.
As Dr. Amos Wilson stated in The Falsification of Afrikan Consciousness: Eurocentric History, Psychiatry, and the Politics of White Supremacy,
“There are so many of us who believe that fair housing laws, civil rights laws, voting laws, and so forth guarantee our freedom. That is an illusion. What a flight into fantasy.
Laws are no stronger than their enforcers. The same people who pass those laws are the same people who are responsible for enforcing them. If the people who enforce the laws no longer decide to do so, the laws are of no value and have no power.
Ultimately, then, fairness rests not in laws but in the activities of people and in the attitudes and consciousness of people.
Therefore, if the people who are responsible for enforcing those laws change their attitudes, then the treatment of those people whose freedom is protected by those so-called laws is changed as well.”
Black people in America are doomed, because our human activity remains under the dominion and control of psychopaths who have no moral core when it comes to our humanity. Psychologist Dr. Bobby Wright, put it this way,
“In their relationship with the Black race, Europeans (Whites) are psychopaths, and their behavior represents an underlying biologically transmitted proclivity with roots deep in their evolutionary history. The psychopath is an individual who is constantly in conflict with other persons or groups. He is unable to experience guilt, is completely selfish and callous, and has a total disregard for the rights of others.
One of the best methods that can be used to measure the psychopathic traits of the White race is observing and analyzing their universal overt behaviors and attitudes towards Black people.
Psychopaths simply ignore the concept of right and wrong. By ignoring this trait in the White race (the lack of ethical and moral development) Black people have made and are still making a tragic mistake in basing the worldwide Black liberation movement on moral suasion. It is pathological for Black people to keep attempting to use moral suasion on a people who have no morality where race is the variable.”
This is America.
White America.
